Cancellations
Purchases and down payments are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, you may do so within 5 days of purchase for a 75% store credit.

After Delivery or Pickup
Once balloons leave the store or are delivered, BPB is not responsible for replacing any popped, damaged, or deflated balloons. Please check your purchase for defects before leaving the shop or accepting delivery.
Defective Items
If there is a defect in your order that is our fault, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo and we will work with you to make it right.
Weather-Related Cancellations
BPB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an order if weather conditions make delivery or setup unsafe. In that case, you will be offered a full reschedule or a full store credit.
